IDEs available for DJGPP

A. This depends on what you like. There are several IDEs for DJGPP. A list and a small explanation about each one is given below. Please note that there is nothing such as a best editor. You'll have to make the decision yourself.

EMACS - EMACS is the most powerful editor available today. It supports all languages including modes such C, Fortran, Pascal, Perl, SGML, TexInfo, nroff, etc. etc... It is best suited for those who are used to working under a UNIX environment. For newbies, it can be a little hard to learn, although it can be really worthwhile.

RHIDE - RHIDE is an IDE by Robert Hohne. It looks very much like the Borland's Turbo C++ editor and people who use to this can feel at home.

SETEdit - Another editor that provides all the features that RHIDE does. It can play MP3 songs as well so you can enjoy doing your work ;-).
